No, we switched to hosting FreeRADIUS as an organisation on GitHub instead of it being one of Alan's personal projects.

The URL for the repo changed, you may need to update your 'git remotes'.

git remote show origin

* remote origin
  Fetch URL: git at github.com:FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server.git
  Push  URL: git at github.com:FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server.git

The repo URLs should look like that. If they don't:

git remote set-url origin git at github.com:FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server.git
