Freeradius with either LDAP or Mysql Error lib not found

If you install using packages, it's usually contained on separate
packages. For example:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=quantal&keywords=freeradius

i.e. freeradius-mysql, freeradius-ldap.
