equivalent of preproxy.conf in FR3

Hi,
In FR2 I use a preproxy.conf file in my "default" virtual server to proxy off auth requests to other radius servers based upon the contents of the realm attribute. This file doesn't seem to be part of the standard config config files in FR3. Has this functionality been moved to somewhere else in FR3, or can I just use the preproxy.conf from FR2?
