yes.....and also be aware that the configurations for 'files' etc in this context
are in the mods-config directory eg

$PATH/raddb/mods-config/files/

in the case of pre-proxy thats

$PATH/raddb/mods-config/files/pre-proxy

(reading radiusd -X debug will help..... theres very little lurking around
in the top directory any more)
