freeradius 2.2.0 on Fedora and oracle module

Tnx Arran,
./configure went fine and then created all.mk file.
What to do next? "make" don't work. I'm sorry i'm not very much experienced
in linux.

Please use version 3.0.0 the configure script is much better.
