	Feature improvements
	* Update dictionary.terena.
	* expose server version via %v.  Patch from Alan Buxey.
	* Forbid running with vulnerable versions of OpenSSL.

	  subsection of "radiusd.conf"
	* Catch underlying "heartbleed" problem, so that nothing bad
	  happens even when using a vulnerable version of OpenSSL.
