FreeRadius Client (MSCHAPv2)

eapol_test and rad_eap_test (the command-line script that calls eapol_test) work ok for testing authentication attempts with FreeRADIUS. But for accounting, I don't know if there is one that's any good.

We are looking for a FreeRadius Client that is using MSCHAPv2 for our tests.
Can't find a decent one over the net. May you please recommend on one?

We prefer a windows (non-Java) client, but Linux will also do.
