Dynamic Clients and the rlm_raw module

Just for the record on the list, there was up until recently a great page
that showed how to use the rlm_raw module here:

But unfortunately this page has been moved/gone. :-(

After a bit of digging I found the original page cached on the 'wayback
machine' here:

Unfortunately the images are missing though.
