Error in freeradius3 first time running

Hi all

i am install freeradius3 in freebsd [ embeded engine (NanoBSD) ]:

and i get this error in first run  :

Errors reading dictionary: dict_init:
/usr/local/share/freeradius/dictionary.dhcp[208]: Type "tlv" can only be
for "format=1,1".
