rlm_perl truncating some attributes in 3.0.1

Well glad to know I'm not crazy. I'll do this, but any ideas when the next
will come out with this fix in it? One reason I was upgrading is because
the version we're running is from a branch with specific krb fixes and I
wanted to get away from production services running non-relased branches
from git.
