MS-CHAP2 Response is incorrect

Thanks for the response.

Running radiusd -X is a little difficult as these are production
systems. And I am not able to reproduce the issue. It just seems to
happen after a bit and restart resolves it.

I will go the upgrade route and see if that resolves the issue.
