Problems building 2.2.5

maybe the release notes would be a start?  ;-)

this is related to the 'panic_action' option - which is documented
in radiusd.conf file - just ensure that your RPM spec file has a handler
to deal with that file - it needs to go into /etc/raddb/panic.gdb
(so be part of the RPM package like all the other files)
