Freeradius-mysql authentication

At the end of freeradius -X I got: Failed tbinding to authentication address * port 1812: address already in use  /etc/freeradius/radiusd.conf [240] error binding to port for 0.0.0.0 port 1812

I'm not sure he understands english or how to use google translate.

Before posting here, he contacted me off list, so I referred him to 
the list and told him to post the output of 'radiusd -X'.
