Is rlm_unbound stable?

It would probably need updates by now anyway depending on how close
fedora tracks unbound upstream.  I have just been too busy/frazzled to
afford the mindshare to look at it recently.

In any case whenever it becomes non-experimental, and if it is desireable
to avoid separate packages for each and every module, it would probably be
best to have a separate freeradius-dns package that would bundle it, rlm_idn
and other dns-related work that is in the pipeline, as they will all have
interrelated dependencies.
