rlm_ippool: Deallocated entry for ip/port

Hi all!

I have a problem with freeradius1.1 or NAS.
" Deallocated entry for ip/port " messages were shown in some users.
IP address that were shown as deallocated entry ip addresses were allocated
as framed-ip-address for differenet user, but some were not allocated as
framed-ip-address.

I'm searching cause of this problem for few days.
I'm sorry with my terrible English and silly query.
