How to enable/disable log 'Error: Ignoring request to authentication address...'

Hello,
 
I'm receiving radius requests from a client not in the clients.conf, but the log
message is not appearing.
 
Is there a way to enable/disable that message ? It seems I've disabled the log
output somehow...
