Can we please kill the old format then?
If authhost shouldn't be used anymore, perhaps a hard line needs to be
taken for 3.1.x now, and tell people in a message to use auth_pool +
home_server for proxying...
But, that said, thank you Alan^2 and Christopher for pointing in the right
direction.
I've now made it work, which should make life somewhat easier to document.
I'll submit a small pull request for the proxy.conf (to point people at
the TLS file for TLS-based realm proxying examples).
