Proxying between RADIUS servers using TLS

I wasn't... I defined a home_server with TLS info. Then I defined the
realm, set authhost to the defined home_server.

Since the home_server already had the secret, I didn't expect to have to
have a secret entry in the realm definition, but... It blew up.

So I defined it again. :-/

And by the way... Damn you for putting the proxy.conf reference for TLS in
there before I was able to! :-D
