LDAP server

I can probably fix this with systemD somehow, but is it possible to configure FreeRADIUS to start even if its LDAP server is unavailable?
They both exist on the same machine, however LDAP is a *lot* slower than FreeRADIUS to get going.
I don't want to configure a second LDAP server if I can avoid it - the ldap servers sibling (which would be online) is a high latency VPN away.

Adam Bishop
