Sorry, I didn't write what i had in my mind :)
Proper question should sound:
What FreeRADIUS answer about Simultaneous-Use when sessions are stored in
sql and db will be broken?
It'll will answer "accept" or "reject"?

or should I configure something like that:
session {
    sql
    if (fail) {
                ok
      }
}
