It kind of reminds me of a segfault I fixed recently (see
https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/pull/1156). It might
have been fixed in 3.0.x. On the other hand, your debug log looks like
it has been generated after an Accounting-Request, which shouldn't have
this problem.

Could you try using 3.0.x from git to see if the problem still occurs?
