radclient output

But what exact output do you get from *this* command when you run
it? radclient prints an error if something goes wrong. If you're
not seeing anything then it's OK.

Try adding "-s" to radclient, you should get something like
(slightly different on v2):

Packet summary:
  Accepted      : 1
  Rejected      : 0
  Lost          : 0
  Passed filter : 1
  Failed filter : 0

to confirm it received the Access-Accept.
