radgroupreply not read on 2.2.6

Hi. I know this is a trivial and old question, but I've checked back and forth and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

This is the user in SQL:

When I make a request:

The reply doesn't contain the Radgroupreply attributes: Received response ID 248, code 2, length = 20.
According to the docs [1]: "The user IS found in radcheck, the check items DO match AND the read_groups directive is set to 'yes'"
The user IS found in radcheck, password match, read_groups is yes, so why those replies are not sent back to the request, since the NAS-Identifier regexp matches?
Reading on the docs: "For each group this user is a member of, the corresponding check items are pulled from radgroupcheck table and compared with the request. If there is a match, the reply items for this group are pulled from the radgroupreply table and applied."
So even if the "noaccess" group don't match, the c_yop1 does and it should return the corresponding group reply items.

I know there must be something wrong but I cannot figure out. Any hint is welcome.
