Yes, it seems to work like you describe it for all other rlm_* modules but not
for rlm_sql_unixodbc.

I had to use this patch to make the build work:

https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/home:stroeder:branches:network/freeradius-server/freeradius-server-rlm_sql_unixodbc-configure.patch?expand=1
