issues with running freeradius3.0.8 certificate authentication

Hi

       We had installed the freeradius 3.0.8 in our redhat machine but
the certificate is not getting authenticated . the logs are attached
along with this mail .this machine previously was running freeradius
older version which was working fine .please help us resolve this issue .
