online users not showing in fr/mysql cli

I have freeradius 2.2.0 with mysql DB in CENTOS 6.6. The radius is working 
fine, I want to pull some information via CLI  to see online users by 
using following query.



select username from radacct where acctstoptime=null; 
OR
select username from radacct where acctstoptime=0;
but it always return following

TextEmpty set (0.00 sec)


I have also tried this

TextSELECT COUNT(*) FROM radacct WHERE username = 'username' AND acctstoptime IS NULL;

When I check with phpmyadmin in radius / radacct rable, I can see the radacct table with appropriate values but its not showing user with my cli. How can I troubleshoot it ?
