  The redirects are coming from the LDAP servers.  So… if the URL redirect is wrong, fix your LDAP servers to send the right redirect.

  This isn’t a FreeRADIUS problem.  No amount of poking FreeRADIUS will fix the configuration on your LDAP servers.
