3.0.3 Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Thanks guys.. got it to build and install cleanly with the bellow
Dockerfile... "make deb" works too, but decided to use make install instead.

I notice it installs as /etc/raddb... instead of the /etc/freeradius the
previous package I was using used... also the binary is radiusd, instead of
freeradius... is there a switch to ./configure to change these things?
