Failed to create pair: unknown attribute "Max-All-Session"

It is exactly the same error as the one before with "Password". This
time it's just "Max-All-Session". You should read the FreeRADIUS
documentation or better the changelog to get to know what the correct
attribute name is in the new FR version.
