mysql user provisiong for limit session time

Hi,

i'm using Freeradius 2.1.12+dfsg-1.2ubuntu8  (ubuntu 14.04 default
package), i would like to know if there is a way to provision users
for time limit session;

for example user John can use (for one time) an hotspot for an hour
between 15:00 - 16:00, after the 16 it will be disconnected and can't
connect anymore.

Is it possible?
