err.  *how* did you come across that page?  I've never seen that
page ever.....and its from 2007.... its the first time that
I'm aware than anyone mentioned it...  

is it a top hit in Bing or yahoo search or something? ;-)


follow the official guides/docs from the actual server documentation
pages/wiki - or in the config directories. there is no need to go to any random 
3rd party page.

in fact, such 3rd party pages may actually be malicious and getting you to do bad/wrong
things - noone can vouch for a random 3rd party page...its not verified/checked etc
