  Because it isn't in the packet.

  That isn't the full debug output.  And it's "-Xx", which isn't necessary.

  You can just add the Event-Timestamp if it doesn't already exist:

	if (!Event-Timestamp) {
		update request {
			Event-Timestamp := "%l"
		}
	}
