accounting stop with TLS

Hi I use freeradius 2.2.6 and i have configure both ttls and tls (I bought
a certificate).
My problem is about accounting with tls (used from client win7 and
previous). They send always access request but rarely accounting stop!
I have also configure simultaneous-use, but if client not send
accounting stop, its session remains open and it will not be able to
reconnect!

TTLS clients have never had a problem aboute accouting.
