  We may just release 4.0 in the fall.  It has some architectural changes over 3.x, which are enormously beneficial.

  Since OS vendors are typically 5 years behind on FreeRADIUS releases, there isn't any point in releasing 3.2, and then 4.0 shortly afterwards.  We're much better off just releasing 4.0.
