Freeradius and check connection to DB

Thank you Alan. 
I was not paying attention on error in debug.
The error was in group_attribute = "SQL-Group", i does not changed him.
I fixed him as group_attribute = "${.:instance}-SQL-Group" and
everything is work fine.
Now I will check the work of fr3 during database failure.
