I update to 3.0.11.

eapol_test is part of wpa_supplicant. most sensible distros now provide the eapol_test util as part of that package (dumber ones dont do you need to compile eapol_test yourself after getting latest wpa_supplicant source code)

if you need to compile, then the libnl packages are important (main library AND the development headers/includes - libnl-dev or libnl-3-dev or whatever they may be on your distro.....)
