3.0.10: decrypting RSA private key failure

Huh? First time I see those config parameters *at all*. They are not in
my config.

They are also not mentioned in the mods-available/eap config file.

And no, the dh_file parameter points to a file with more DH bits :-) And
the RSA key has a comforting 4096 bits.

I wonder what the meaning of those two parameters is?
