help with rlm_rest module

Hello, i have this error when i try to start the service  on debian 32 bits.

Error: /usr/local/etc/raddb/mods-enabled/rest[1]: Failed to link to 
module 'rlm_rest': /usr/local/lib/rlm_rest.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64

any idea how can i solve this  ?
