Freeradius3 radtest with test user steve not working.

Hi,
I've cross-compiled freeradius3 for an OpenWRT based platform. Trying to
use run radtest with the test user steve fails stating "(5) ERROR: No
Auth-Type found: rejecting the user via Post-Auth-Type = Reject"
