Crash in 3.1 git

This morning I got the sources via:

$ git clone https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server.git
$ cd freeradius-server
$ git checkout -b v3.1.x origin/v3.1.x

 I  built and configured the server, it starts fine. When receiving a request from a radtest client it crashes.
"Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden" means "File not found".

Here is what gdb outputs:
