Thanks, I had a look at the config and you're right, the URL suggests an earlier release while the copyright date of 2011 suggests something later hence why I wanted to double check.
Perhaps trying to access an updated dictionary is the best option.

contains the text

... comparing the year in the URL and the text "29" to http://www.3gpp.org/specifications/releases , my best GUESS is "Release 6".

Does your vendor have an updated dictionary? If yes, you might be able to use it on freeradius.
