1) you are using status server. Does your upstream server support that? 
2) 10 answers before its marked alive?  Wow.  That's. ... a lot (!)
3) there are many many bugs in that older version.  3.0.x releases since then have fixed many of them. Upgrade to 3.0.12 - you probably won't see this issue again then.  If you do then submit bug report.
