Access-Challenge on proxied radius request on eduroam

I believe thats fixed in latest release (the use of '0')

adding these random non standard attributes can cause problems with more sensitive RADIUS servers too... :/
(one particular platform silently drops RADIUS datagrams as 'malformed' rather than just ignoring the value...)
