CoA reply a wrong Session-Timeout

  Upgrade to a recent version.  There is just no reason to use a version from 5 years ago.

  Session-Timeout.

  BUT you have to get the correct value from somewhere.  Right now, you're taking the value from the accounting packet.  Which doesn't have a Session-Timeout.
