EAP authentication with Windows 10

there has been some information by SecureW2 that there is a bug in the 1703-update of windows. Credentials stored in user profile are not working at the moment. They have to be stored system wide or in an authentication-applications own cert-store. 
Haven't tested myself, just heard of others with this problem since last win update.
