hi,

other idea - the NAS has another RADIUS server to authenticate against....after failing 
enough times against the one being looked at, its flipped over to another one, the user
got auth'd okay on the other one....then when it came to RADIUS accounting, the NAS
sent the accounting packet to the RADIUS server being looked at (as its first
in list and probably hasnt failed for acct ACKs so is alive).
