shared secret

I have my clients setup with the same shared secret for testing.  I have this setup w/ FreeIPA.  However I am testing FreeRADIUS in debug mode and i'm running radtest against and not getting anything.  I'm not sure why.
I have verified that I am typing in the secret correctly.
