online users and LNS users are not equal and fluctuating

Hi,

1. 2.2.0 ? Update. I don't believe that even devs remember what changes
were made and what bugs were fixed since that version. So it's pretty hard
to help you I believe.
2. Start FreeRADIUS in debug mode to see, what is happening. Without debug
there is nothing to say.
