iOS mysterious issues on Freeradius 3.0.14

Hi,

you're probably hitting either of 2 things

1) the certificate/CA doesnt have the required thigns for iOS/OSX but windows is
still happy with it  (thinking SAN or size or not SHA1 server cert, just SHA1 CA or such).


2) TLS1.2 issue - you have FR 3.0.x and OpenSSL 1.0.x - that rings alarm bells. disable
the TLS1.2 negotiation until you have latest version of FR and OpenSSL 1.1.x on the system.
