facing issue with Nas configuration..

Hi team,
  i configured Freeradius version3 with ubuntu 16 server. also configured
all files. but i am facing issue when i am trying radius.net client.so
error screenshot i have added. I am confisued with NAS config in
clients.conf file. radiusclient i am calling from my local system.so my
configuration is like
client user-PC {

       ipaddr = my radius ip
       secret = xxxxxxxxxx
  }

 Please help me on that.
